R1'ed out of game

  I can't compete anymore, everyone is making drives that are impossible for me to compete with. on one par 5 a guy had 190 left where i had 278. on a par 4 165 to 51. I know the difference says 7 yards between theirs & mine but on some holes they can clear trouble where i have to lay up with no chance of clearing. since it's release to lvl 93 i've gone from 20,000 credits to 4000. I don't mind losing but not when it's clearly just an equipment issue. it should be available to ALL legends. oh well fun while it lasted cya.

  Since I bought the R1 driver my driving stats are getting much better, I barely miss any fairway, my GR has been tremendously affected positively, one or two irons less to green and my confidence to score higher has obviously increased too.

  The tool forgiveness and so slow meter makes it a must if you want to play better generally. Must say also that I have seen legends with lower tools scoring great in tournaments. So skills count pretty much too.

  We all know that putting makes the difference between average players and top players. However, landing you ball closer to the pin gives you a less difficult putt.

  .....and still hope WGT makes the tools according to tees and not levels, "hope" that I am sure will never happen......unfortunately.

  In A/S, Skins or MP I would agree it's a very nice to have.  Not always being first on a second shot is at the least mentally boosting.

  I have not played too many RRs since getting it, as I blew that interest level a little after so many apathetic par 3 rounds blowing my stats apart, to level up to L93 in time..........The few RRs I have played since having it I can't see that my average score has changed particularly.  Sure the long in the wind par 4 or long anyway par 5 I will back myself a little more on, but the R1 is no game changer from a RR viewpoint at least...My thought's!

  At L92 CC par 3 rounds are the way to go for the OP if there is will, and he can have the R1.

  Maybe LOL.....................Playing a L93 TM going of the children's tees I would not count as being R1'd out of the game, more just what would you expect..................

  Don't make a mountain out of a mole hill. I had the r11s driver and it was brilliant, felt no inferiority at all to R1 players, maybe a couple of yards here and there.

  BUT now I have the R1, I feel idiotically superior to all I come up against, so there !

  I want it. Still think it is too good though. The new drivers are simply too good in my opinion. A drive should tickle your nerves a bit.

  Very good point.  Coming straight from the basic R11 I should have added to my previous point.  Even the basic R11 you can still compete with.  

  At still only L93 I have obviously never had the R11S, but have played against it. Fine lines indeed compared to that one in the hands of some one that could use it at all well...........

  Damn , can't believe i've wasted all my money on that crappy R1 , lol

  Honestly overall it is better, but I could do almost the same with my Rocketballz. If I really went crazy with balls I could out do this driver with the Rocketballz. I have people out driving me with the lower lever R1 driver. So I guess it is what you do with it and skill does play a part. I will say I am not getting rid of it  for your cough cough people. :)
