Playing in windy conditions

  Are there any tips to consider when playing in windy conditions? For example, if the wind is 20mph against you roughly how many clubs should I compensate for when on the fairway?

  Thanks very much. That was quite helpful. I see there was a putting guideline too but did no get all of it. Where can I find this? Thanks
