Well, let's see logged on, checked forums, clicked "play now" ready for yet another dissappointing attempt at "Stroke", and what a surprise... had to once again disable "shot pal" , "putter pal" and not one but two "Leadbetters". Numerous times has it been requested that you ask your paying customers before you thrust another useless item on them, only to have those requests ignored. I sincerely wish that you (WGT) would at least have the decency to allow us the option to turn these damn nuisances off permanently, or, do you still cling to some delusional hope that after disabling them daily since their misbegotten inception, we are going to change our minds and embrace them as the wonderful creations they are not ?

    Doc :(

Warning: You is about to make me go all poetic on ya !

I think it's too much to have to turn the wgt music off and change 14 settings or so every time I open the window.

Let's throw reflections and flag animations into the mix, just remove all these extraneous bells and whistles permanently. You never know, someone somewhere might get a smooth meter from the changes.

This doesn't have to happen. It sounds like your browser is set to clear stuff when you exit and cookies shouldn't be-that's where your choices are saved. Cookies are totally harmless.

*edit. This is incorrect. Cookies are for log in, cache is for settings.  TY Steve.

like to keep it privates, even though it probably doesn't work, I try my best to keep discrete and like to keep my space to myself.

would be nice if there was a save setting though so that wouldn't be a factor

Allowing cookies is no different than allowing the files you need to play to be downloaded to your computer where they sit in the cache file. You can specify who's allowed to store cookies on your computer. Just make WGT an exception.

Just make it default to have everything turned off , then optional to turn the tat on if required .....simples.
