Course management starts with knowing the courses and only in Uneven Lies can the courses be learned from a geography standpoint

Also, I'd like to hear Mr. Ledbetter's opinion on "score management", lol, that should be interesting.

    Doc :)

Hopefully he is promoting the zoom feature that is going back into the game tonight.

Heading for the Muddy tape now!      :-)

Nothing like the "real" blues. Muddy, John Lee, Johnny Winter, James Cotton, B Guy, BB, of course a young Stevie Ray, and on and on and so on. When these players play the blues you "feel it".

Blues Harbor. Now THAT sounds like I place I could visit,,MORE THAN ONCE,,lol.

The GREATEST "Blues" show I experienced - Johnny Winter, James Cotton and Muddy Waters - on stage - TOGETHER - for a show called, A Night of the Blues. Man! Do I need to say anything more.

Im sorry, I have temporarily hijacked this thread. TY to David Leadbetter for his input and contribution to WGT and the WGT community. Now wheres Tiger and his input,,,lol. Yeah right!

BTW - as for the Zoom feature. With our present day golf technology, its only a matter of time they come up with a device you will carry in your back pocket that maps out the terrain in detail. One click and you get the zoom option,,lol. Honestly, I wouldn't doubt this is in the works.

Is he promoting the same zoom feature that people are complaining was removed from the game?

There are at least two different "Zoom" features available in the game (maybe more, depending upon your system's installed OS-provided or 3rd-party "Accessibility" software features).

The first one, programmed by WGT, involves using the little "camera" icons shown on the mini-map at the right side of the screen to change the virtual point-of-view. This is what Mr. Leadbetter referred to. It can also be activated in a restricted way by clicking the little white arrow in the black circle at the lower right of the screen, or by pressing the spacebar when focus is not on the chat window.

The second "Zoom" feature, which WGT made harder to find (leading to many player complaints) but did not actually remove with their previous update, is built into Flash, and involves the right-click menu. It does not change the virtual point-of-view; rather, it simply magnifies the current screen image, like a zoom lens on a camera would.
