Spitting on the ground.

  Being a fan of smokeless tobacco, spitting doesn't bother me. I, in fact, swallow instead of spitting. One time at golf camp, I was playing with LJ, and he farted. Now THAT should be a jailable offense. All of the squirrels ran away.

  Golfers are milionares...fines wont change anything!... They sould give panalty shots for swaring or spitting or that tipe of behaviour, if someone is with spitting... Then you are prob a golfer that also does not give a ***... 

  Man you need to get a life if this is all you have to worry about. I  guess  shooting  the first one they caught spitting on a golf course would put and end to it.

  maybe they should get docked points for spitting fed ex points or something like that. its totally disgusting and unsporstman like when people are coming behind you   ie  on the greens.

  There should be a signal to the camera men to let them know they are going to hock one up, so they aren't caught on camera.  Not too sure what can be done for those in attendance however.

  this is not the way golfers should behave, golf is not rugby,it is a classy sport and there must be fines or penalties for spitting.

  oh give me a break....it's not a cemetery or hallowed ground...it's just a  damn golf course!

  Coming up behind you on the greens,,! How about "following behind me" in a golf cart (on a windy day no less) and I let one fly that was deeeeeep down in my lung cavity. I was out the night before drinking and I must of smoked 2 1/2 pks of cigs. My poor friend. Needless to say - we didn't converse to much for the reminder of the game. 

  btw; this was 20 yrs ago. Ive since changed my ways.
