Sorry to hear you're having some problems with the Paddy Power promo.
I did the exact same thing as you but with Supersonic. Initially they rejected my claim, telling me I hadn't completed the offer. This despite me sending a screenshot of the completed transaction.
So, i emailed them direct with 3 screenshots and a rather strongly worded email.
I am absolutely disgusted that you have rejected this ticket and not
honouring your advertised offer.
In good faith, I opened an account with<insert company here> deposited the required
amount as stated in the offer and have played AND lost i might add, the deposit
made.
Please be assured, I will be contacting not only<insert company name here> directly but
also will be making a complaint to the relevant authorities regarding fraudulent online offers.
I have attached proofs of screenshots of my deposit to <company name here> to this
email in one final attempt to receive the WGT credits that are lawfully owed to
me, Please note the date of deposit <insert date here> and the amount <currency deposited here> whixh was
required to complete the offer.
should they not be forthcoming within a reasonable timescale, ie within 24
hours, please be assured I shall be taking further action.
I feel confident you'll get your credits, sometimes the advertiser is slow to respond.

I too made a deposit to another well known Casino type company and have myself opened another ticket, adapt the email above and mail them DIRECTLY, NOT THROUGH wgt.
