  Well if you ask me double standard have already come into play. If memory serves me correctly it was only men who could receive that free avatar for playing the tourney. I don't know why everyone is making such an issue out of this...this is supposed to be a realistic golf site and in the real world there is PGA and LPGA so why not here?? Stop trying to read more into this than it actually is.

  In pro golf the genders are split because of the physical advantage men have over women. In WGT we all have the same potential ability so no need for segregation.

  I myself being female,

  I really don't see where it benefits the women.  There would be no way of knowing for sure that only true women would be the only players.  I from experiences have all too many times run into the fact that a lot of men portray themselves as women when in fact they are not.
