    Condor6121:

I thought scores on this course would not go against your average. My average wen up .5

    No proof for that.

Your average of 43 Legend rounds is exactly what it should be without the "Crazyness" round

BTW, this doesn't show in the score histories. Apparently, WGT has managed to exclude them BO3 and BO5 rounds from there.

And, you scored 30 (x2 = 60). Any reasonable person would recognize that an unsaturated average of 70something would drop on a 60 score.

Do the math - it's not even -.5.

Thanks, dbloshoe! A fun tourney. Nice to keep mixing it up like this, and it doesn't affect the averages.

This amazing par putt on the first hole was going to make ... or maybe break? ... my round:

Now maybe it's time for a tourney on sand greens. Anyone remember those?

Didn't do very well but it was fun... Starter balls were a killer.

Question to Shoe .... In your opening note you mention this is about a 20 on the stimp meter ... a few years back MrWGT mentioned in one of his chats that he was thinking about going to a stimp meter type classification on green speeds.    Seems you have the ability to do that.   Is there any thought on going to that instead of this fast / very fast / tournament / championship classification you do now ?    Even if you go up to 13 .. it's more increments of green speeds than we have today .. might make for more variation in games.

    Just a thought.

What a great fun tournament. This is how the greens should be all the time. It would certainly make the scoring more realistic. It really makes you think about where you should leave your tee shot.

A massive plus from me Wgtdbloshoe. More more more please!

What a hoot!  I'm very happy with my 30, considering I didn't par a single hole: 4 birdies, 4 bogies and a triple (5 putt) on the 1st while I was trying to figure out the greens.  I'm ready for the next one!

Just found thread this morning. Played 2nd tourney first. Took awhile to figure putting distances. Couple of birds and doubs.

Played first tourney just now. Was -4 thru 7(aced the BP#3), but really messed up the 8th hole w/ a triple.

    Thanks for creating these !

    WGTdbloshoe:

Best score gets a sleeve of balls!  Starts tomorrow.  ENJOY!!!

Best score after countback, or all joint best scores? And does the same prize apply for the other crazy tournaments too, or just this one?
