    Right now, I'm a level 37 pro and I'm using the starter iron set (steel). I have enough credits to buy a new set of irons, so I was wondering...

    1) If I should buy new clubs? Or if I should wait?

    2) Is it tough adjusting to new clubs?

    3) Which clubs should I get?

    If you can wait then the lvl 59 g-20's are the ones to aim for. If you can't wait that long, the level 32 r-11's will improve your game quite a bit.

    Three good, evenly spaced wedges* (take the hybrid out of bag to make room) will improve your scores by quite a margin. I have 50/80/100 yard wedges in mine.There are good cleveland wedges available at your level.

    * the full Courteney.

    having been through the same process, and being a Yorkshireman, don't waste a lot of money buying new clubs, unless you are flush, a good cheap upgrade for irons, are the zebra, @300 credits, match your wedges to suit, I think the Pings at 110 credits, are well suited, the best upgrades from my experience, are 1) a decent putter, the spyder @ 400 credits , and 2) a driver, unfortunately at level 37 your options are limited, the 250 credit wgt driver is as good as they come, until you reach master, then you need something longer from the tee, the meter speed is a bit fast but paired with the right balls, it's quite manageable, these are just personal opinions, and some players will disagree, but even if you don't like these clubs, you have not broken the bank, as for how long it takes to adjust to new clubs, again it's down to the individual, but 3 or 4 games should give you an idea as to suitability, hope this helps, happy golfing.

    The man is right, you need wedges before you need irons.  Most iron shots just need to be straight which even the starter ones can manage but wedges can get you close to the hole so you make less putts.

    +1 (even to the full C lmao)

    As for Graymax's post - sadly none of these clubs will last the OP long so is an OK stopgap for a short time, but will cost more in the longer term - so I would concentrate on getting good wedges, and spend the time really learning the game.

    Take wedges, but only two in the shorter range. There's no need for a 100 yds wedge "below" a 90 yds Starter PW. The better option IMHO is to wait until the purchase of a custom iron set and then buy a higher level "long wedge" of better performance.

    An "FC" (= full Courteney) may be profitable only for advanced players :)

    Any further buy depends on ambition and available credits. You might want to get some fun with the R11s available (the favourable G20s are @ lvl59 = 88.000 XPs), or just take a good 3WD replacing the Starter driver. WGT's custom balls add to the fun - pling. pling...

    I played the l32 irons and loved them, but since you are past them, I would wait for the L59 G20s and then the L79 bladez (they will score better than the L83 g20s). Get the cleveland wedges and start learning the punch and flop - and then when you can get the upper level clevelands learn the pitch and chip shots. I could never pitch or chip with the lower level clevelands.

    And, save your money for the L48 R1 driver - best club i ever bought on wgt - still using at L80.

    Start playing with some legends that will give you tips, that will change your game faster than anything.

    This I find to be the most sound advice that can apply to the most players. We all get wrapped up in the equipment when it's human to human interface that can really make any player with any clubs better faster. I can shoot near par with the starter clubs from the tips on several courses only because I learned how to use them from playing with a fantastic player.
