WGT on iPad?

  Hi,

  following the frequent ads about the new version, I constantly end up in apple's iTune store, and there I'm lost. No hint to WGT, no search results.

  Furtheron, no announcement on this site.

  I am not sure about WGT on an iPad, but I thank apple and Steve Job's vision.

  No I do not work for apple, own shares or even own an ipad - but I bought the missus one last Christmas and this year has been bliss!

  You have to download the App, WGT Golf Lite.

  Looks like the courses are 0.99 cents each (CAD). You get Kiawah Easy & Medium and front 9 at Merion as CTTH  for free. That's as far as I've gone with it.

  Think so - "golf mobile" brings one(!) result from Germany, Hyatt Hotels offering mobile hospitality and "check in for a round of golf"  - ROTFL!

  The logic link behind the ads would have been http://m.wgt.com/, hidden inmidst of your hint - an opportunity missed by the company.

  BTW: in iTunes, rounds are from $ 0.99 (Wolf Creek ?CTTH?), passing $ 2.99 (Harbour Town ?CTTH?) to $ 6.99 (St.Andrews "medium" ?strokeplay or CTTH?).

  I got WGT on my ipad tried and couldnt get no where near the 'ding', a mouse would probably do the trick, but AFAIK it is is available for me anyway.
