What happened to customer service?

  Hello WGT,

   

  Being that there is another scheduled maintenance shutdown tonight, it got me thinking. Not too long ago I was playing a MPC and the site shutdown. Although I didn't know about it, it was scheduled. The question I have is this. Why was my account deducted the credits as if I lost the MPC? Not that it matters but I was 3 up at the time. Another question, why was my opponent's account also deducted? Lastly, this is the one that bugs me the most. Why did I not get one response to my e-mails I sent to WGT?

  I was in a MPC last night when the site went down for scheduled maintenance. I don't mind not getting the credit for the bet, even though I was 3 up at the time of the crash, but my account shouldn't be deducted as if I lost? I don't remember the exact amount of the bet but it was around 150 credits. Can I please have that deposited back into my wgt account?

  Can I please at least get a  response? I have been WGT Member since 2009 and although this is a small amount I have requested I have spent alot of money at this site. You at least owe me a response WGT c'mon.

  I sent 3 e-mails and not a single response. Why? I'm sure this post will go nowhere just like my e-mails. Heres hoping to another big credit windfall when you shut down tonight.

  Hey Wild, try using this link to communicate with WGT about such issues, you will get a case number almost immediately and will likely get a favorable response to such issues within a couple of days.  The members@worldgolftour.com works, but not like this one,
