    Icon,

Sorry about sending that to the wrong e-mail. At one time that was a working e-mail for WGT as my e-mail program had that saved and I did communicate with WGT using that e-mail address.

Is anyone going to address my question though?

    "What happened to customer service?"

There never was customer service.  There is lip service payed to customer service, but no such amenity for paying customers.

A better question would be "Why is WGT manipulating the results of skill gaming?"

Yes, if I look at a green, and there are is no movement left or right at all (and Yes, I've read enough putts here that anyone that says "There must have been break you didn't notice" is a moron), and I ding the putt and it slides off left, that is manipulating results.  When there is a slight wind at 7:00 (read, very slightly left) and I place the target on the pin, then ding and the ball lands RIGHT of the target, that is manipulation.  AND, I am pretty certain that manipulating results in skill gaming is a federal offense.

I find it amusing that people complain about customer service but are fine with criminal activity.

Dont forget  you can run your aim curser on the green and put it over the line you want to take and just watch the as the yardage chages  AND the elevation arrow will point up or down and it shows the amount in inches or feet.  takes alittle longer but would work, happy clicking.

OK, we can just replace "deviation" with "manipulation" and you'll have a case.

    FFS, man, you daft?

Have said this many times in many forms, but not once have any of my complaints to WGT been dealt with anything other than respect and fairness.

It is boring to say and repeat nice things, but its true.

Right, that should help me break 60 in the Allianz challenge later on.
