What? The same game that causes MAJOR BUGS each time they introduce some thing new? The same game that's created a "tournament is now closed" bug in skins which stop you from finding matches although they know it existed but cant seem to fix it. The game which will disconnect you for no reason and when you log back to resume you get "error message" The same game that blames our cache for everything.lol
My PC is only 2 weeks old, I have more RAM than i will ever need and one of best graphics card available to my PC and have so much processing cores i can PLAY THIS GAME, create music, scan for updates, antivirus scan, use ms office split screen maxthon and browse internet (TO NAME A FEW) all at once but when I play WGT on its own, the meter is smooth for DRIVER, but any other club 3/4 way down it will zoom or kick MOST of the time (not always) SO how is this my PC's FAULT. My internet is perfect, my game loads super fast the only thing that makes it slow is THE ADVERTS. So why is meter zooming or kicks 3/4 way down??? Its the same when i use my kids 1 gig ram PC and no graphics card. but with extra stutters on top. I've concluded its NOT our PC's but WGT's programming because the balls and equipment all creat different speeds so the meter GETS CONFUSED.
But my WGT site is not as slow as the OP is suggesting, BUT it is slower than a lot of other sites i visit online (apart from my local council site)
This game is a good game, i agree on that, but its far from perfect and has PLENTY of FLAWS, but people on here back WGT as If it poops gold bars and wgt is NEVER to blame. Blaming every one's PC's is LAME. WGT have had a lot of players jumping through hoops to be able to play this game so who's at fault?. WGT for creating a unreliable flash based game (i mean for using a unreliable flash platform) Or players who have amazing PC's which work perfectly for everything other than when playing WGT? SO the reason players need to "ALTER" their PC and meddle with flash player just to get game working smoothly gives you the answer. My PC handles memory hogging programs with ease Its set up perfectly but the meter is never smooth. Another tip, watch a video of WGT's creator which he did to show the game years ago, and guess what?? He also has a skippy meter!! And do you think his PC is not set up to work properly?? LOL
You were half right though, Blaming internet is much more likely, time of day etc etc, can make site slower at certain times. But now i have super fast internet i though playing WGT would be perfect, but my meter is far from perfectly smooth still. (yes its less stuttery) but the zoom or sudden speed up 3/4 way down is still there ON CERTAIN SHOTS! SO what do you suggest for me to do to make my PC work properly?
