  For most of the time, I have regarded the weeklies and monthlies as private rounds, adding to the average, with double XP reward. Why worry about a 345th place?

  They are for the fun of the game, and I received some challenge from my own scores via the scoring awards, "courses" section.

  That's exactly how I look at them. Double XP ranked private rounds.

  Good point on the double XP. I only play here for recreation and don't aspire to move up in tier or level. Leveling up for me is simply a matter of putting in enough time at the leisurely pace I have chosen to pursue. The ability to get new clubs is something that happens when it happens. I was arbitrarily upgraded to Master when WGT implemented the level system a few years back and there I remain. Given my ability and frequency with which I play it's really right where I belong. If I'm ever to get to TM it will happen when it happens.

  I fully understand the importance to those who have other goals here at WGT. XP and levels are critical to success on their journey.
