I really don't know who sets up how a chip or pitch or flop goes but its screwed up so bad this game is ruined.  So along with the constant disconnects, that no other game has, the crappy things like hit a ball down wind with a club go 20 yrds over the green, hit the same exact shot same club same wind and direction and hit 20 yrds short. This just should never happen.

Are you sure thew problem lies with WGT and not you?  I'm not being deliberately provocative but I've never played a pitch, punch or flop that went either 20 yards long or short.

Is it possible the caddy gave you a shot/club combination that wasn't what you were after?  It happens 90% of the time around the green in my experience.  You have to check what shot you're playing and which club you're playing it with every time.

I thank you for the kind response's.  I believe in my haste and frustration I wrote this rant poorly.

What I wanted to say is: 1st I have been a golfer for more than 40 yrs and still haven't gotten into the single digit handicap, LOL.  In this game if you use chip, pitch, or flop, your lie is say 30-40% you expect a certain amount of penalty for your lie, plus a penalty if you hit to soon or to late.  This I respect. But, when you hit the center line and with the power you wanted you should expect to hit the ball somewhat properly?  Well you don't, and the frustrating part is when you hit the ball properly and it goes 2 in. that just shouldn't happen.

The shots that have been going to long or to short were full shots with a variety of clubs, again hit full power and center line.  Why would there be such a difference in length?.

Again thank you for your patience.

    1. What you have done is called 'hijacking a thread' and is bad form, ss. If you reply to a thread at all, it should pertain to the topic(s) the OP (originating poster) started, not bring up some unrelated topic.

2.Answering your question: No! Not directly at least.

Sadly for the socialist elements amongst us, WGT is a for-profit capitalist business. It has 3 income streams:

    a.equipment sales (the Pro SHOP)

    b.advert revenue

    c. and wagering revenue (the 'house rake' on RG,Skins, and other Challenge matches.

If your unused driver is gathering dust in the barrel in the garage, WGT is the only 'dealer' that can accept it, at a small fraction of what you paid for it. You can do that, then gift a club to that friend, which has been essentially discounted by whatever you received for your used club. But you can't simply transfer it to that friend, from your 'barrel' of unused equipment.
