  Agreed CJ, they took long enough, just for a set of irons and some odds and sods!!

  me too was thinking Bandon Dunes!!

  The length of this downtime and the limited apparent updates leads me to believe they tried to introduce something major (Bandon Dunes perhaps?) and it didn't work, so they pulled it.

  LOL. Really. I didn't bother to read the news, just the fall out here. Then it occurred to me that 3-5 hours wasn't your basic update so I went and read the news to see what they did. Jeez, there's several new things to look at, not the least of which is something that came from WGTShoe's tournament experiments-a 3 click tournament. There's more RGs, more I-phone stuff, the irons and, of course, the ball. Big whoop for me but I'm sure there's many more that get something out of it.

  Might not be perfect and might not address some of the trivial complaints but it ain't going backwards.  Focus on the positives.

  love the halloween ball.... not to be a fuddy duddy ..but woulda bought 6 or 9... if woulda at least had 2 dots of durability... nice attributes on the balls tho other than that..

  I went to check out the new Halloween ball, I usually buy a sleeve of the festive balls for my collection lol.  But...

   

  For 395 credits, you get the spin and distance of the L48 Nike,  the feel of the Callaway ball and just one dot of durability.

   

  Think I'll just get my free one and leave it at that.

  You call this game going forward then you have friend that's a a programmer. Lets see what else is LOST in the next update. Remember - what may be trivial to you may be something of worth to someone else.

  As for the positive - I guess the game hasn't completely shut down and it is STILL FREE to play, that is definitely a positive.

  Really since 2008 we are all still complaining about wgt making mistakes? Lost the alternate shot records. I am upset about it, but it isn't unbelievable, because they are not fixing what should been fixed since the beginning of this site. There is just so many things wrong here, that are left undone. Oh well, done. They will still be not fixed, and it will stay not polished.
