Now I can't vouch for any member in Mr. Hoppers club, but will tell any prospective player-just by knowing the said Mr. Hopper-You could not go wrong by joining his club.

Just my addition to the post, take it as you see it, Peter be good people.

    Hi Peter:

Would love to join your country club as I am an active player and enjoy conversing and interacting with other WGT members

Pete it's never personal, or maybe it's always personal, But if you major in thinking what goes through peoples head you're going to have the headache, lol peace pete. Its never easy running a club and everyone has their own Ideas on how it should be done, I guess theres really no right or wrong way, it's what the WGT, allows. Players change clubs for different reasons but one isn't because they were invited to a new club, Maybe there looking for something else, or they don't know what they're looking for... Don't ponder it to long and have fun with your club. Your members are going to get invites from other clubs, So what. if they leave, just keep building , keep your membership active, and if you want nice size leaderboards release players after their in active for a while or ask your players to play a certain amount of games a month. Send game reminders, this a busy world we live in. I have one suggestion never engage with a country club owner who invites players in your club, to theirs. It never turns out well, and looks like two old hens arguing like they own the players, just keep going after the best active players you can find, doesn't matter there level , they will improve .... Good Luck pete

Advising a Country Club owner to actively poach players from other country clubs is the worst advice you can give and is why you're making a complete fool of yourself across multiple forums with the same nonsensical thread hijack searching for that 1 tiny crumb of support.

Thankfully, Poaching isn't the norm and trying to justify your practices in an 'advice' post to another CC owners thread is just hilarious.

Pete, the best bit of advice you'll get in this thread is to completely disregard ANYTHING that passes this loons lips.

Just checking some inactive clubs. A few with Chilean owners. The owners still play, but their members don't or they have a handful of members. Have friended the owners, will try and see if they want to disband their clubs and combine.

we cant control whats out of our control, just keep building your Country Club, when you have to many players to choose from, it gets easier, Hope you much success, You dont need 1000 good players just the size of your country club.

Peter had a great time meeting you and playing you in match , look forward to doing it again. If you would like to set up a match between your CC and ours, let me know we can have a 2 team match play or alternate event.    Alex

Tallium ,Tell your new player BQ hello for me , wasnt he sent a tongue and cheek invite, that you accepted, you have just recruited a player of value. And he has gone to a great CC. God Bless him and hope to play him soon in some match play or alternate golf ....The difference between me and most, I admit what i do, while others whine about how they have been wronged. Who cares. I get messages all the time from players saying there happy, and some say the have decided to change venues, I thank them and wish them continued success, and what do you know about poaching it seems your learning .  It's called recruiting/ you have a great product your not going to lose many players. But quit getting your panties in a wad. and sound so cheap when you talk down to people and give advice on who to listen to and not listen to. some people can think for themselves, almost sound comunist , if a player wants to come and play for us he's invited, sometimes there invited before they know they want to play for us. I can control my activity for searching out talented active players , but I can control who stays or leaves .  Thank you / your site is looking great, wishing you continued success, and I dont believe LP was in a country club, but you still had the balls to tell him he was poached lol  geeze     Alex

Again, you have to hijack someone else thread to have a jibe at me.  start a thread and stay out of everyone else's.

It's tongue 'in' cheek...and was an open invitation to your ENTIRE country club as a direct response to your unethical attempt to poaching some of Southerns players.  As the post quite clearly says but clearly you haven't got the point.

I talk down to you and Ironmanz for giving unethical advice, listening to you two repeatedly across multiple forums trying to justify the way you operate is becoming more and more comical.

you really are becoming an itch that just won't go away.  the difference between you and most is you have no ethics, it's NOT recruiting, it's POACHING! the sooner you realise that the better. .

If a player wants to come and play for you,, he will approach you. if you want to recruit those potential players, do it the way 99.99% of CC owners do and create a recruitment thread

it seems you really do miss the point.  you're quite ridiculous.

Quit hijacking another CC owners recruitment thread to hide your jibes at me and create your own.
