It said the lower the number the better.
And if have low ping level what do you do about that?
If you can ping wgt servers in under 30ms then it's good.
IMHO if wgt experiences issues it's not down to their servers, it'll be down to network issues / network carriers / data centre issues and this is pretty much outwith their reach as it's not a local fix. Having said that, when or if their network's had a glitch, we tend to see more than a handful of folks complaining plus it's usually followed up by an mod announcement.
There's a multitude of things that can effect the connection of your pc to the wgt servers...before it even reaches wgt's servers and 99.999% of the time it won't be the server to blame.
It's as much of a f*** off to wgt as it is to us when glitches happen as it's a game to us but a business to them, however, these things happen and there's not a lot can be done about it except hope that it's a temporary glitch and one that's fixed or readdresses itself ASAP. Downtime means loss of business for WGT and we all know how much they like our $$$ :)
It's like having 20 guys stuck in a small room drinking beer and eating beef madras. It's going great for a long time until someone farts and kills the party atmosphere. It was always going to happen at some stage :)
That's life....we just have to get on with it and pray the smell doesn't hang around too long :)
