  I was buying 5.00 worth odf credits, i made a mistake and purchased 50.00 worth of credits, I scrolled down and used a contact information and explained what I had done. Right away they took 45.00 dollars worth of credits which was a sigh of relief.

  Does anyone know how long it takes to get your money back on your debit/credit card?

  That's a bank issue. Once we issue a refund it takes the banks some time to process a refund.  Usually 3-5 business days is a good guess.
