I Confirm the count excludes any Best Of Courses

Congrats to the Op for the promotion... the fun starts when you make Legend.

I know the Par3, Par5 course are not included in Ave calculation....   Are they still Ranked Rounds?

Yes they are but having them in as RRs is really an anomaly, but the only way (as I understand it) WGT could get them in as tourneys.

Main thing is for people to be aware of their exclusion for saturation purposes / having any affect on headline* average score.

Having said that saturation is pretty easy to spot when happens as the real bad rounds just get kicked out...well in my case I had some real bad rounds especially when I first hit Legend LOL

*Edit: Other stats such as par 3 average and so on can be affected by Best of Courses. Threads on all of that.

WGT seems to have blurred the edges of what is a ranked round lately. No wonder newbies get confused.

    If I understand correctly:

If you have 500 ranked rounds at the Legend tier and have a scoring average of 60 you tier up to Tour Legend. (equivalent average score of 30 on 9 hole rounds)

Ranked rounds, regardless of score, count to your 500 ranked rounds saturation requirement.

Until you reach the 500 ranked rounds saturation point, your scoring average can go both up and down based on the scores you make when you play ranked rounds.

Once the 500 ranked rounds saturation point has been surpassed, your scoring average can no longer go up, and will stay the same or go down based on your scores.

    Correct, with a minor amendment:

    ApexPC:
    Ranked rounds,

except of Par3 and Par5 courses,

regardless of score, count to your 500 ranked rounds saturation requirement.

and then the good news is, after you get the 500 ranked rounds in, make Tour Legend, then you have 500 more rounds until saturation, God I love this Game ;)

I'd like to see saturation disappear at the TL level.  :-)

Totally agree! I have about 15 rounds left YJ, just kinda seems like no rewards anymore!

Bo3, Bo5 are out, BoF, BoH are still in.

Not notpicking - that is important to remember.  BoF / BoH count as real courses for saturation / average purposes. Thanks for point of order...

On the 500 rounds at TL again until saturation.  For my 2 cents I don't get a full 500 being needed either, but I don't really care personally.  Like I say in the end it becomes an average of only your top 500 rounds with the rest star dust for those purposes.Tell ya what WGT fix a couple of issues - say CC stuff and messaging and call it quits.

    Yep,

I was hoping so as well when I turned TL...at the least I thought maybe 1000 rounds...then your last 1000 rounds...was kinda bummed when when I noticed 31's dropping my average.

Cool thing about our CC...Mike does a good job to reflect our real average.
