    The only practice areas available are the courses themselves. Go out and play, practice mode if you want, interrupt and restart if you want (easiest in "unlimited" tournaments). Stroke play provides more shot options than CTTH and Blitz, multiplayer games may enable to ask experienced players.

    St Andrews will be easiest for an Amateur, but consider the others, too, Bethpage, St.Georges...

    I take it your refering to the EZ swing, i've not looked to see what you are using, but if you are, i suggest you equip the non EZ swing clubs.

    He has none equipped. Alas, it might be one of the new "silly" meter variants, 3-click or vertical.

    It should be the standard one if it shows "MM Original" above the left end. You might want to select a different one - there's a tab in the inventory.

    What kind of problems do you have?
