    Dubfore:

I think you're gettin a little too serious Tucker.  I don't see anything personal melodramatic in what your copied and pasted.

Are you opting out of the league?

    I look forward to playing.

However, your public whining about WGT cheating, closing your club, and offering your members up to other clubs is self-indulgent, and boring.

    Dubfore:

On January 16th, I will be closing the Players Only Country Club. I will sell all my equipment and try close my account. I'm not interested in a sports game site that tolerates cheaters.

    To the top.

Don't worry. He is staying!!   I am so glad we guided him through this emotional journey.

I really hope you reconsider your decision Michael, although I understand the reasoning behind it.

The Oddball Country Club currently have 14 slots available so can accommodate a chunk of your members.

I'd rather see them stay in your CC though, whether under your leadership or not.

    Best wishes

I find your attitude a bit odd Tucker.  I hate cheats in sport and don't like WGT's apparent non-action against cheating. Their's no need to get personal.

If you think acting on a principal is emotional whining and melodramatic, well you give me the impression of having very little backbone and few principals

What you're doing is moaning and whining about me taking a stand on issue we should all be concerned with.  Your sarcasm probably fits your personality, witless.

Now if you want to take this elsewhere, -seeing that you're so concerned about the league forum being 'overwhelmed',- message me in private if it's that important to you.

    So amusement.

After one year you didn't look forward to see that WGT got cheating problems, that's for real the whining part of the blindness. People who can not recognize this kind of problems, especially to show no respect and no ability to read without post sarcastically, are part of the problem too.

Before "look forward..." you should look to show some respect, and glasses.

Cheer up Juinor, enjoy this tournament community, think about your own games and be part of it. Remember that everyone is free to write what they want without having to be judged by force. I mean that even if I wrote a single post with the WHABBABALULA BEMBOMBEN BU FOR FRUTTI, nobody can say that I'm crazy.

Same thing having to judge what written by Michael.

    No offense,
    David.

Just finished my round 5 with Michael, good company mate too. Played very well by my opponent, unfortunately I have no excuses after missing 50% of the f / ways and therefore many approaches and putt.

Congratulations Michael, good luck for the rest of the tournament.

    Cheers,
    David.

The first result of the fifth round.

Myself and David (Frenkel) got off to a rough start, bogey for me on the first and him on the second. Then I went 1 up after 3.  The match was tight and scrappy, but David looked like he was having an off  day. That was confirmed at the short par four when he was putting for eagle but only matched my bogey.  Birdies for both on next and pars at the last.  Olympic as tough as ever, but we've both played better here.

    My first win 34-35

I'm finished with this tournament now, I beat a Tour Legend in stroke play and achieved my goal.   Good luck with the rest of it.

    Bye.  ;-)

Indeed it was great fun and Cate will definitely remain on my friends list - yes we were both playing badly but didn't matter, most enjoyable.

I will be away for the next 8 days so will not be able to play round 6 until after Jan. 26th.
