  time to get this thread back on tracks ...if possible ?!?

  TPC may not be the best club around BUT it is a very good 1 with many weekly tourneys + many special club tournaments ...and many very nice members always ready to help with whatever.

  We have many who post usefull stuff on the forum and some are also generous with gifts. We also have a team of ''unknown'' sponsors who help the lower tier players.

  always easy to find members to play with and have fun.

  Courteney isn't perfect ...none of us are ...but she is very devoted and appreciated by all members !

  so give TPC a try and who knows ? ...you might really like it !

  Wouldn't/won't make a difference...the mod moderate based on post to the main forums...i/e, you could have 1000 CC posts, and will still be moderated on you initial posts in the main forums.

  We are overdue for a cull, HOWEVER being it the Christmas season , i choose to wait until the holidays are over and we will cull again in January,.
  Because you see, I allow some leeway in our members, although many let me know when they go  away many dont.
  There is also a contingent of personal friends that will never be culled.
  Want a list of those?  You could get a FAR better accuracy to your percentile if you did.

  So Sherlock, apart from the fact that i don't need to answer to bottom dwellers such as yourself, anything else you want to stick your dopey neck out to be chopped off for ?

  No doubt, I am sure within its culture it is everything you say,

  HOWEVER it certainly isn't all that your owner makes it to be in her belittling & demeaning comments tossed out without thought in the wider WGT population.

  I admire your tenacity Caroline, But this thread is unfortunately not the place to promote TPC any longer.   Wait a month and start another.

  Or..  get someone else to live in the WGT forums and you will end up with more Club Requests than you know what to do with. I speak from experience.

  PR person ...me ? ...i don't think so ...lol. I don't have time for that anyways. Had my CC for many months and had to close for a few reasons ...one being my lack of time to be there everyday in order to do a good job maintaining the club.

  But i appreciate the compliment concerning my posts ! ...thank you. I do try as best as i can to be respectfull and not hurt people's feelings when i write ...but not always easy to do. I think we can grow when we learn from our mistakes ...i know i have !!!

  I do not need to stick my neck out at all - the immaturity of your response proves my point better than anything I could type.

  What happened here?

  The Peoples club is a good club. They got a great group of folks that keep it ticking smoothly. The amount of activity that they have per each tournament is impressive. They are the leader in large CCs in my opinion and something that others large CCs should be striving towards. It ain't easy and my hats off to Courteney and the Peoples club for setting the bar high. 

  If they don't want to take part in an event...who cares? I'm sure they give away lots in their CC and doesn't that benefit the community it its own way? To each its own but to come in and degrade someone or a CC for not taking part is only harming the event. 

  Call me naive but WTF?

  Perhaps those advocating this great give away should read the above, consider the real meaning of Christmas and act in a more charitable way themselves.   Beginning to remind me of the chuggers who infest our high streets at the weekend.
