If you click on the tournament tabe above then the Ready Go tab it gives you a list of all the current Ready Gos If you click on them there is abox to the right that lists the wind green speed and hole difficulty.
To my knowledge you are not able to see the leader board until there are the 50 entrants and you have posted your score, but someone else posted in another thread that is not the case there is a way to see the leader board. In either case you can look at the closed RG tourneys from that same page and go back as far as a week and see what has been happening in previous rounds of that same RG to get an idea of what kind or scores you need to post to get your stake back or to double up or even win.
If you haven't been playing them i would stick to the Legend tier RGs and pick 1 or 2 on courses you feel you do well at and just learn how to score well on those until you get better at the others and feel more comfortable in the open tier ones
