Now I have an incentive to reach Level 97. More precise, slower meter- same distance. Wow I now have club envy again...just like with the R1 Driver- hope they put these on sale at lower level soon...

I think they'll be in my bag as soon as I reach L97.  Well, think isn't really the right word.

4,000 is a pretty hefty price though, wonder how much they'd be if they were offered 5 levels lower?

See it coming a mile off.  I wonder what the odds against them having a special are?? Bet not much?? Price - well I think we agree they won't be shy!

I have said it before (long before I was). I do think everything should be open to lower TLs even if at a slightly inflated price.  If the iron set is better, and by golly it looks it, going in to battle against cream without the best - need any help I can get:) The new Iron set must have some edge somewhere.  All the arguments about how some used to compete with hickory sticks can come out, and that's OK providing that's what's still in the bag of the person choosing not to use these new ones making that argument.

EDIT: Any RL special edition equivalents. Bright yellow for all I care LOL.

jezzz its a long way to 97 even at 96, rented the Nike 85s and they are pushing the R11s the slower meter makes a big difference even with less distance.

Don't every one rush out and buy these thinking they're going to make R11's obsolete. WRONG!  They're the R11's RE-BRANDED.  No difference in meter speed to be honest or precision.   Yes most o fus with credits to spare just want to buy something rather than have credits sitting there doing f'all, but game wise.  Just the same as R11.s  WGT have reached the thresh-hold of equipment, If they give us anything better(but Nikes are full dots precision anyway) we're going to see much more deviation & wtf shots to combat the precision making game even more of a simulator on autopilot.

All this new equipment is "keeping up with the Jones's "  None of us actually need It but because say YJ's got It, we all think we need It.

We agree Chris, because from the feedback I've received so far, the Nikes are not all that.

After forking out $40 for 1/2 a dot on the Nike putter, £120 on new Nike trainers (not on WGT admittedly) but the Swoosh is starting to lose its Woosh.....

So in 90,000 xp's I think I may be bowing out of this one..?

Though don't hold me to that as I like to see how 'big' Mr Jones is, before I know I've got nothing to worry about..  ;-)
