Wow, that was hard! But a lot of fun, nonetheless. It really seemed like some idiot left the sprinklers on overnight (on full power!).
My game wasn't quite there at first, too many poor approaches on the front 9, and very difficult to get a handle on the putting speed on the front 9. Even once you get an idea of the different speeds, you need figure out how much (or little) break to anticipate. Quite the test!
I was +3 for first 6. But back 9 was nice, 5 birdies, and I could have had 3 more (missing 12-13 footers on #10, #16, #17). So, a 68 for me. I'm seriously impressed by the 62s and 63s that have been posted, and our leader clearly knows his unevens play too!
