Game Loading Anomalies

  Hi,

  Since yesterday, I havent been able to play a decent round with anyone at all.  I was pretty sure that it was an issue on my end as everyone else in the game ended up waiting for me and I apologizing for the lag...but I just noticed a couple of "new" items on the Game loading page which is displayed while awaiting to start and the following are:

  1.) Instead of the normal digits that show the % of loading activity on the bottom-right corner of the page, it shows 2 different words at different times of loading.

  > "Nan%"

  >"Infinity"

  Also, on the page that showed "Infinity", there was an extra white bar that pulsated towards the left of the screen while the game was loading.

  Hoep you can shed light on this as well as recommend a fix for my sudden "unusual" delayed loading...its frustrating and a waste of other players game time (sometimes, patience)...Btw, My version of Adobe FlashPlayer is updated ( 11.9.900.170) but I noticed somewhat of a conflict in the Site Shell Version v1.71.22. release and the Game Shell Version being v1.95.22.release,,,is this related to the problems i just encountered yesterday?

  Happy Holidays to WGT and all players!

   

  Apart from that sincere greeting for the Yuletide Season...that too( The Xmas Season) is the initial cause that I am attributing to what I am just considering at this point, an unnoticed posting.  Clearly, there has been close to 72 hours now between my posting date and this message and I am quite worried that there may be a chance of  my concern to be resolved or the least shed some light only after the holidays.  

  In the meantime, I am not able to load up and tee off to any multi-player game so the likelihood of gaining some irritated and offended co-players for my unintentional "No Show" will be painfully high each time I opt for any of the Multi-player games.

   For that reason, I will remain to play alone up until I have some form of response to what I also hope is an "isolated" case, because I sure hope that no other player is affected by the same problem.

  Tomorrow, I hope to see a response or the least acknowledgment from the Admin folks.  If I wont see any then I would gamble sending this to WGTPizza, in the same hope that I get some help or pointed to where I can get it.

  hi

  have to tried a few things like these to see if it helps? i have not seen that specific issue before.

  1. clear all cookies/temp files for flash and browser?

  2. trying other browsers and seeing it those work?

  3. installing older version of flash?

  Hello WGTIcon,

  Firstly, a belated Merry Christmas to you and your family,  Secondly, you for your reply whose first option I have accomplished.  #2 , pardon me but I have tried Firefox,Mozilla, Maxthon , yet GChrome still seems to be the better one except for just 2 concerns (1 quite old and this new one I just reported) otherwise, I am a happy camper.

  1.) Still cant type using the spacebar on Chat( but ive gone accustomed to it already)

  2.) I still see "NaN%" and "Infinity" instead of the normal "0-100%" loading indicator, also, the Loading bar which normally pulsates in sync with the % meter from left to right, shows as a long bar all the way from the left of the screen and remains a steady bar without the pulse anymore....and as a result of this, I still cannot play Multi-rounds as I end up stuck at either "Nan%" or "Infinity" so I opt to close the window and consequently turn my normally GREEN completion status brighter each time...plus "more pissed-off" players who I end up missing to play with....when alone, it acts the same except that I am able to proceed and play a game.

  Still wondering ...

  i have similar problem with loading, but its in the game. Sometimes no particular reason it just won't load a next camera or so. I wait even a minut or so and sometimes it loads and sometimes it reports a bug or that i lost connection but actually i didn't. (Timed out waiting for asset to load: versions/66562/courses/Oakmont_09_FC/OAK_09_FC_H16/Photos/JPGs/OAK_H16_091021_HHH8077.jpg)
   I clean cookies and tryed different browsers and it's always the same. And then next day everything is fine again, or even for a 10 min it's fine and then again same thing, Really dont know what's the problem, coz it's not in flash, it's not in my internet connection, if somebody know solution for this pleas help

  If you are using Chrome then you should check that you don't have 2 flash players running simultaneously. Click the icon below for some assistance on this.
