SweetiePie:Relevance? Why have any stats at all? This particular piece of the stat puzzle has been in house since the beginning of this game and it is broken. It is as important as any other record that is kept. Everyone here trys to hit fairways...everyone. Myself included.
IMHO, stats are here because they are habitual to the company's country. Relevance is much compromised by including scores from day 1. And, we've been living with more broken items like this for ages - relax!
I am shooting for fairways, too, but only to have a chance of a perfect second shot, a good score, not for bragging rights with an (IMHO) irrelevant stat. And I have yet to detect the fault that you are describing.

Since the ambition / mission of the mods changed from "we read everything, we care" (Pizza, 2012) to mere traffic control this year ("users to help users", Icon), some may see it only as a customers' place to vent, just like you do.
Open a ticket in the help section below to check out the quality of their CS. Been there, done that, I'm through with it. But, for a valuable bug report, you might eventually want to include some details of the circumstances. One question is, is it only wrong when you hit 100% FWs?
