No. They do not count in to the FW hits %%.

    SP naming 7 / 7 = 100% reflects this: 9 holes - 2 Par3s = 7 FW opportunities.

what about the par 5's, do you have to hit the fairway twice ? with first and second shot.

This game offers quite a variety of points of interest and allows any player to focus upon items they enjoy. Could be CTTH, longest drive, score average, hit the pin, even the number of times someone blabbers on here in the forum, etc. As in my real golf life, I focus very, very hard on my tee shots with excellent results...I hate missing fairways. As with my comment regarding money and the people who protect it, consider this: lets say you have $100 in safeguard, you spend nothing and expect increase. However, one agent says it is $86 another says $71 and you say goodbye. I am addicted to accuracy and efficacy and that includes my wgt performance.

    Thank you for the insight!

Me thinks that you should not rely on the game stats too much but rather keep the numbers for your own.

    A few WGT failures:

    - Number of putts may be divers when fringe shots are involved,

    - FW hits may be corrupted as you showed,

    - course awards have been compromised for a long time,

    - other awards count or update incorrectly,

    - XPs run amuck in practice rounds,

    - levels stick even if the XPs have been reached,

    - quitters are given the win in strokeplay,

    - in Skin games, halves are announced when a player still has a shot for a hole win,

    and so forth.

Do we really talk about accuracy or perfection?

All up here on the WGT - math is almost everything. Allegedly.
I take any possible help from the numbers. They are our friends!
Some might say I am going to far, but maybe not far enuff?
    Regards, My name is Yancy
