WOW! That's about all I can say!
10 months ago, the world looked very bleak and the future was not too pretty at all. Stage 4 Adenocarcanoma Esophogeal! According to all the doctors, 6 months to a year at the very most.
Today is Nov 13th, 2014 My Doctor just told me that she didn't need to see me for at least 2 months! She said she would probably schedule me another CT scan in December, but as of right now there was not a lot to worry about. Two tiny dots on my liver that may or may not be lesions because they are stable based on the last 3 scans.
I will continue with the Capecitabien, (oral dosage of the 5FU) through the next cycle then will be off of that for a month.
The world looks differently now, sunny, bright and the future has some fun activities planned, among them, spending some quality time with (two of my best friends ever....lmao) the best people in the world, my WGT family, and with my wife and my two REAL best friends, Leo and Anna!!
Thank you God in Heaven for the blessing you have bestowed upon me, and thank you for all of the friends that have prayed for me and that have been there for me, in the name of our Savior, Jesus Christ!
