Fix Challenge wager box!

  Are you ever going to fix the fact that there is only a wager box, less than 20% of the time, when trying to set up a random selection Match Play Game? This has been a game error for over a year now!

  Ah that's what's happening, I never set up a random game as host, I always pick a course if I'm hosting and always get a wager box, but I see others hosting telling me all the time there is no wager box. Usually if I cruise in and host leaves leaving me as the host I get no wager box also.

  the best way not to get the issue is to always do that: setup a game you want and pic courses.... trying to join games or doing random increases that chance.

  ideally, you always want to host games so there are plenty of games to join... if the server does not have enough open games to join, then issues may arise.

  danmancan, try to always host the game with the settings you want and then see if that helps.

  So if everyone takes that advice and always hosts, who will be around to join?  Nice skirt of the question, but I believe an answer in the form of a time period is what he was looking for.. Are these programmers seriously that lax, that a bug over a year old cannot be tracked down?  How bout the skins setup and joining, it is almost impossible at times to get a game going.

  Thank you for that reply. I appreciate Icon's reply and know that setting up a game will create a wager box (all the time), but until about a year ago the join a game feature never excluded the wager box, than after adding bags or some other feature, the bug appeared. Yes, the real question is why can't the programmers look at a code version, where the bug didn't exist to determine what has changed and fix it?

  Additionally, you are correct, even when players join set up skins challenges, often times, 50% to 60% of the time, one is not given the option to tee off, so you have to cancel the game. I believe this is why so few people play skins' challenge games. Interestingly enough, this bug appeared around the same time as the MPC wager box bug??
