    SweetiePie:
question: is it April Fool's Day, April Fools' Day or April Fools Day?

Are you sayin' it ain't "All Fools' Day?"  lol.

I recall it having something to do with the introduction of The Gregorian Calendar.  Am I mistaken?

Nobody seems to know exactly. But you may have the best take, Kat, called the Calendar Change Theory. Holding that those who clung to the spring as the start of the New Year rather than Jan 1 were considered fools and teased every April 1. Then we also have the Hilaria Theory and the Noah Theory. Since Jan 1 is my BD, I run with that one.

    also...gotta dig Lady A...Thanks

I also heard it's bad luck to play a practical joke after the morning hours ... and there's something about young fish somewhere ... anyone able to shed some light on these stories?

One more  .... the "Kick Me" sign placed on the back of someone was first done as an April Fools' prank.  Fact or fiction?
