Ever have one of those American beers, Johnny?  Ya know, the watered down stuff (Coors, Bud, Michelob)?

If ever I do drink, I'll have one of those light ones ... still catch too much of a buzz from them though.

Edit:  Oops ... happy birthday Duff ... no longer a FYP ... too young to be a FOP ... I guess that makes you restless!  lol.

    Hewo Kat,

Yeah sure I have - not a fan of Bud though. I like my Mick Jagger best of all.

    My pal 'Mick' ;

Don't drink much at all now. I'm a cheap night out - 3  pints and I'm blootered.

    :)

!N $h0Ck~~~|||~~~no Billy Vera from Sister Kat...amazing bad guess from me....and oooolala from 0vEdge...the shot of perfection that just says peek-a-boo!

    May 29

1630 - Charles II ~ King of England

1736 - Patrick Henry ~ Patriot who exclaimed, with zero compunction, "Give me Liberty, or give me death!".... I feel, with honesty, exactly the same way. Mr. Henry was around a long time, certainly a Founding Patriot with fame, and a flair for showmanship. However, from all I have read, I don't particularly fancy him. And that, is...for Mr.Ton,an actual..."opinion"...

1773 - Princess Sophia of Gloucester

    1841 - Sylvester Magee ~ Last Living Slave ~ Died in 1971 because of alcohol & cigareetes  : ))

1874 - G.K. Chesterton ~ London Writer...if you have the leisure, read some of his stuff. You will find him dry, wry and very sharp

as for additives, we go back to say that

in 1453, Constantinople falls to Muhammad II ending the Brzantine Empire

in 1660, Charles II returns to London from exile to lead. Prompted by the death of Oliver Cromwell who had been chief cook & bottle washer. It was Charlie's 30th Birthday gift to himself

in 1721, South Carolina is incorporated as a Royal Colony...for a while

in 1727, Peter II becomes Tsar of Russia...truly little Peter

in 1733, The 'Right' of Canadians to keep Indian Slaves is upheld

in 1780, Battle of Waxhaw...a very bL00dy, macabre, massacre takes place as Brit Troops, led by the legendary $iCk0, Banastre Tarleton takes out 113 Continentals waving a white flag....Tarleton also, later hit upon Montecello, missing Jefferson by 5 minutes

in 1849, Abe Lincoln said "You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but not all of the people all of the time"  Mr.0bamma, take note

in 1851, Sojouner Truth addresses 1st Black Woman's Rights Convention

    Best to all !
