  At the time of writing I'm 96.000 points OVER next level need, I've reported this twice and............NOTIHNG !!!!!!!!!! Why when we spend so much money do we get such crap service !!!!!!!!!!!!

  Wow that is horrible service on WGT's behalf. 

  I like to think of their customer service as non existent. Considering they make all kinds of cash of this game they need to up the level of service. It's piss poor!

  Don't even get me started on the bugs wgt ignores for years. What a joke it's becoming.

  This happens from time to time. It usually works out for the best. Patience is a virtue, we have to remember this. I truly believe WGT is like any other business in the good old USA. The stock holders expect the biggest return with the least cash output on their part. Look at the number of Mods we have trying to answer all the questions. Pretty much explains it. Again,  it usually works out.

  I wouldn't worry about it too much. As they said it will sort itself out at the next level. The only club that unlocks at level 92 is the Ghost Spider and there are 10 or 11 putters between the level 51 Nike that you have and the Level 92 Ghost Spider. We have all had a level not move up until the next level when we then moved 2 levels.
