    KingOfTheCourse:

I can play pretty decent golf outside WGT, hows a +2.2 index to you Jim?

You are a +2.2 handicap..? That means you break par by at least 2 strokes each time you play (albeit figuring in course and slope rating)...I'm quite certain that there are guys on mini-tours with handicaps worse than your own..

Do you realize that a +2.2 means you are 2 strokes better than a scratch golfer?

If your claim is true then you should be playing inside the ropes, and not wasting your time on an internet game...

    just sayin..

FYI...although tour pros don't technically have handicaps, Tiger Woods is estimated to be a +5...If you play, Tiger I'll give you 4 shots, and I guarantee, that you will lose..

I apologize if I am wrong, but I doubt that you are a +2.2..

Why is that hard to believe? I was a +3 at one point when I played every day, and I know plenty of guys who maintain a +2 who aren't "inside the ropes". Your handicap rating IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE SCORE, it is a player's potential ability. You say Tiger Woods would be a +5, does that mean Tiger shoots -5 every single time he plays as you say? No, but he has the potential ability to do so. Just because someone is a very good golfer doesn't mean they can make it as a professional golfer, trust me I know :)

Maybe...maybe not...  Don't worry about the wind when putting... too many things to think about... Just worry about the slope of green and how far to hit it and don't look at anything else :)

Just curious if the OP is still around and how he or she is putting now after nearly 2 years.
