None, I was just Googling your symptoms and some results came up pointing to the Real Player as the culprit so I thought I'd suggest it as a possible reason. Back to searching....

I myself have tried to find an answer to problem searching the internet. The thing that pops up more than anything is how to disable Pepper Flash. Which when I do I can't log onto the game.

One thing I haven't tried is to remove and reinstall Chrome and see if the problem is corrected. I believe I will still have all of my favorites(bookmarks) if I do so. Will have to check about this before trying to reinstall Chrome idea.

I know there are many who love Chrome and many probably think all of us Maxthon fans are a bit crazy but I have never had a problem loading the game with Maxthon.  I've also never tried Chrome it has to be said but there seem to be a hell of a lot of threads about problems with it.

Definitely sounds like a screwed up flash installation. How did you remove flash last time?

    TopFlite7:

I must be doing something wrong. I've had Fire Fox as another browser but still I can't log on with the game with out going to Crome plug ins and making sure Pepper Flash was active.

chrome shouldnt have anything to do with FF if thats what ur saying but make sure u dont disable the shockwave instead of the pepperflash

I'd say at least half of all complaints are from Chrome users. Most of whom are urging WGT to sort out the problems.

Couple of problems I can think of, unsure if 1 of them is even possible.

    1.  Has flash installed along with pepper, other version is also disabled and not being enabled, when pepper is being disabled.

    2.  Unsure if this is even possible.  There are 2 distinct versions of flash.  One for IE and a different 1 for all other browsers.  Could it be the 1 you have downloaded is for IE.  This is where I am unsure as to if it will even installed into Chrome.

    3.  Bad install of either Flash or Chrome.  I would uninstall all and start anew.

Guess the reason for questioning Flash version.  OP stated, would not work in FF either.  Installed Flash would be for both of these browsers.

Edit....just did a search, there also appears to be a problem with chrome version 32 and flash 12.  Going back to version 31 and stop updating seems to be fixing some of this.

Edit 2...Chrome 32.0.1.700.76 m and flash 11.7.700.224 is my current setup and works ok, just checked, as I normally played in Opera.

Went to add remove programs to remove it.

That may well be where your problem lies.

Here's a link for correct uninstall instructions.
