  Hi all

  League results have been

  updated

  with a league table page as well.

  

  I still have these outstanding from last week. Any updates or request for a postponement?

  SLOR,

  contact has been established and we are trying to get this match taken care of ASAP re. Norman's Webb Collective B         -        Rock and Roll Rasta B.

  also currently putting together RASTA's team B roster for match vs ELITE B which will be submitted soon.

  Hi Slor

  can my teams, Norman's Webb Collective, have a shot at tring to get through two games each, and postpone the A team vs B team as the B team is already lined up against English Lakes as well as catching up against Rock and Roll Rasta B.

  Slor, I have friended Script so we can play VA Bighacks match anyway as he still has PC issue's. I am awaiting a response so we can get it in thanks.

  script is 1 of our most active players send a message to his wall,what happened about the other game cant you put another reserve in .2 weeks running we have played a team that cant get 5 players to compete in the match, why select them in the 1st place .

  slor i,m not blaming you in any way but this problem needs addressing where only on week 3 ???

  Mike, I don't want to give forfeit points out just yet. I'd like to give teams a chance to get into the rhythm of playing week in and week out. Looking at the results the average match is getting in 4 out of 5 matches completed and I find that to be a good return of matches for a new league. Hold tight. This league is getting interesting fast.

  Hi Slor,

  NWC A are lining up/ have lined up games vs UK Golfers Elite B at the moment. The others should be organised as well. My opponent is away on business for a few days but will let JG know the result  - aiming for Friday.

  Hope I'm right in guessing our match against NWC B is the "catch up" games that was meant to be against Transgressional in Rd2??

  I'm sure all the active teams will be on a roll in the next week or so Mike and we'll be up to date soon

         Mike, I am not running the league and I am not the captain of the team. If you do not like the way things are going then I suggest you add some patience to your agenda. Every time you post you have issue's with someone.

   

        Play what you can play and forget the rest, this isn't the first or the last tourney that isn't going as planned. Script and I are going to play Wednesday at 6 pm, so that will be one more match made up with your CC. Have a great day sir! :)

  i no you said  VAbighack has had pc issues but he has been playing golf  on the 16th 17 th and 18th without any problems according to his score history funny enough at st andys bk 9 as well so surely we can complete all 5 games ,win or lose isnt the issue my team just want to compete ..

  Good post Claremore - seems to me that Slor is doing a good job in tricky circumstances to get this going, and it seems to be developing some momentum as teams get more organised.   Rock and Roll Rasta are enjoying it.

  Hard to give forfeit points for unplayed games I think - never always clear who is at fault, and sometimes it is nobody's fault - life just intervenes.  Getting a consistent 4 out of 5 games played is not a bad result across the board I think.

  If at the end of the season not all teams have played the same number of matches or games, perhaps the league could be decided by a win/lose ratio for the games played.  That way nobody will be punished for unplayed games.
