I am fed up when I use my last good ball, U switch me to the free balls.

I have other good balls in my bag, and we should use all our good balls first, before u switching us to free balls.

What u are doing is forcing us to buy new balls when we have good balls available.

Time u fixed this rip off now

Explain again how it could possibly be a ripoff, since they give you a free ball you can't lose or wear out to finish your round with.

WGT informs you when you start using the last ball of each make and model, and makes it as easy as possible for you to get more of the same ball.

WGT can't fix that you chose to ignore the notification.

In the appendixes to the Rules of Golf, the tournament committee (in this case WGT) is allowed to set what is known as the "One Ball Condition" (See Appendix I - Local Rules - Conditions Of The Competition, Part C, 1. c.)

. . . the balls a player plays must be of the same brand and model ...

    http://www.usga.org/Rule-Books/Rules-of-Golf/Appendix-I/

Fortunately, WGT does not impose the penalty for a breach of the condition:

    PENALTY FOR BREACH OF CONDITION:

Match play – At the conclusion of the hole at which the breach is discovered, the state of the match is adjusted by deducting one hole for each hole at which a breach occurred; maximum deduction per round – Two holes.

Stroke play – Two strokes for each hole at which any breach occurred; maximum penalty per round – Four strokes (two strokes at each of the first two holes at which any breach occurred).

Bogey and Par competitions – See Note 1 to Rule 32-1a.

Stableford competitions – See Note 1 to Rule 32-1b.

     (ii) Procedure When Breach Discovered

When a player discovers that he has played a ball in breach of this condition, he must abandon that ball before playing from the next teeing ground and complete the round with a proper ball; otherwise, the player is disqualified. If discovery is made during play of a hole and the player elects to substitute a proper ball before completing that hole, the player must place a proper ball on the spot where the ball played in breach of the condition lay.”

So, were sorry to see you go since you're fed up.
