  CJL73  won 71  v QuebecCanada 72

  Well I got the win guys but it wasn't very pretty as the score suggests.

  Lots of birdies, 1 eagle & even more bogies.

  All I can say is that Fred didn't have a good time and I 'almost' feel sorry for stealing the win . . . . a few inches left or right and Fred would have won by 3 or 4 strokes.

  gordon and i played our match it was close all the way and i  wound up winning 66 to 67

  i had alot of fun and enjoyed playing with gordon who is a fine player and good guy

  DougieWaugh (English lakes) Beats lennoxtown2002 (DGCC)  66-69 (68net)

      fine match up with dougie who cant live more than 10 miles from me

  we both had our difficulties  me around the  C greens & Dougie in the weeds.

  dougie was always in control with a few shots cushion  BUT if i hadnt of played at " up & downsies" on 15 maybe just maybe it could have been closer.

  Just finished my Round 1 match against lennoxtown2012 (Derbyshire G&CC) and was fortunate enough to get the win by 66 to 68.

  Thanks for the game Jack, enjoyed it a lot.

  Just finished my match with CArtz1, he was the winner 67 to 69.

  Great person to play and won in classy style.

  Round 1 match against Andyi145 (Derbyshire G&CC) went my way with a win by 64 to Andy's nett 68.

  Andy had a bit of problems at times with his putter and it could have been so much closer if his flat stick had heated up a bit.

  Two Round 1 match results:

  SteveW65 (UKGE) 67 vs JER1439 (Red Bluff Cove CC) 78 (less 1 for TL vs L) = Stevew65 win

  Burno70 (UKGE) 80 vs JER1439 (Red Bluff Cove CC) 78 = JER1439 win

  Great company and we had a laugh - greens were evil as usual (champ) and John (JER) hadn't had the benefit of playing on them like me. Had some great shots though John and enjoyed the marathon stint mate!

  acouriers 62(Derbyshire) slamminjames(rbc) 65 St. Andy 18 holes.

  Ascouries started with 7 straight birdies, nice 29 front and was hard to catch. A joy to play with Alan.
