Nearly all emails sent by WGT are caught by anti-spam software. That means email is not the way to reach members. Forum posts are already discussed here and those posts don't reach all members either.
Club owners need to able to send messages to all members at one time. Nowadays it seems to be impossible to send a message to more than one member at a time. My CC has "only" 84 members and even with that number I don't even imagine to send separate message to every one of them.
