  I played on the 14th according in WGT time and in real time too and did not receive the Valentine's Day Heart Ball. How do I get get this fixed?

  Click on "Account" above the Play Now Button and look for this entry:

  02.14.14

  Promotion bonus received: 1 Heart Vapor Ball

  Promotion Earned

  0 Cr

   

  If this line^ is there, you received it and have to equip the ball yourself. It doesn't automatically become the ball in use. If you don't see the above line in your "Account", you may have an issue. Then you should e mail WGT for resolution.
