    It's the weekend.

    I bet they have very limited staff, if any, working on the weekend.

    Also, WGT is probably losing advertising revenue as long as those advertisements can't be accessed by WGT members.

    Same issue with IE11, though I haven't touched that since Christmas.

    It is not thw weekend, it is simply THE WGT:-) Losing advertising revenue may happen, but not informing the players and instead displying this system error is ridiculous...

    There is a very easy answer to loss of revenue as far as WGT is concerned and the balance of keeping their customers happy, if the adverting revenue is not available reduce the price of the balls and other things they sell.

    I can see a lot of their customers leaving if they don't address this problem, not so long ago you used to get 100 credits a day , today I got 7, some can't afford to buy balls.

    They also might like to consider why so many balls seem to be attracted by the water so easily, I hit one shot 2 days ago, dinged it and it back-spinned 10 yards into the water,

    Not very realistic at all WGT

    yea the same Error here as well this started on Friday and there are very few videos to watch, usually just one then you get the magic sign "Done" and the carousel as just disappeared

    tried 5 browsers all the same problem 504 time out error yes have cleared cache etc etc etc before wgt passes the blame onto its customers as per usual standard reply. get it sorted wgt

    Also tried different browser, same 504 error. Def on wgt end. never had this problem before.

    In addition to the 504 error , I'm seeing problems with load times for ready go results etc.
