    As an update for people in Canada. PP says the service should be backup and available around the end of the month. The Canadian carriers are still listed with them, it's something on PP's end they are upgrading. 

    That's the story I got.

    It's now sending the purchase text message now - Comes back with an error. I'm not sure if that's on my end or they're still setting it up but at least it's doing something different now.
