Unable to sell equipment

  I purchased new Taylor Made R11 Irons.
  I equipped them in my bag.
  I have since played with these irons.
  
  I therefore un-equipped my old G20 irons.  
  
  I have run the "Sell Equipment" portal and it confirms that my old G20 irons are "sellable".
  However, when I click "submit " the following message comes up ---
  "

  • Could not sell item: Club with code LVL_PING_12_02_Iron3 is equipped (equipped items cannot be sold)

  0 credits have been added to your account.

  Please ensure that you are also dragging the Stand Bag to the bottom slot after removing the clubs for sale. This will complete the process. If you still need help, please contact Support.

  I simply do not understand what you mean by -
  a) "stand bag";
  b) "bottom slot"
  c) "removing clubs for sale"
  
  What I have done is to equip my new clubs and I have played with them. 
  So the other clubs are no equipped. 
  The portal confirms that they are "sellable"
  It is only when I click submit that I get the frustrating nonsensical message.
