  Maybe there will be more people playing with your identity that has been sold to highest bidder after you provided WGT with details that there can be absolutely no justified need for.

  I understand what you need to Verify the account But how will it improve the game .

  From WGT when verifying account:

  Thank you for submitting your information to become a verified account on WGT.

  In order to complete your verification you will need to send WGT a copy of your driver's license or passport as well as a copy of a utility bill with your name and address on it. The name and address must match the name and address on your driver's license or passport.

   

  Are you having a laugh or what? Are you sure you don't need my bank account number, pin number, and my inside leg measurement too....

  This is extracting the urine....

  Suffice to say I shall not be going any further with this "verification" process.

  LOL  ,, even with some of the Sick & Twisted players of this game I dont think any one wants to be me let aloan pay for it .

  I sent in what WGT wanted to " Verify my Account " ,  So will I get some kind of Star or check mark next to my name so that players know I am who I am ?

  My thoughts exactly, you'll be able to play an alt shot game with the three other people now using your identity.

  Send a copy of your passport in order to get a better game?   Is this game run by a guy called Chad or a guy from Chad?

  Needs explaining.

  Just asking for proof of names, ages and addresses so that marketers get to deal with a site that does so??? 

  Supply something convincing, including verification of random audits and how that works, and I might be all for it.

  These down times are often said to be in order to carry out back end maintenance.

  Personally, I think we'd all be much happier if the entire WGT staff, especially the useless programmers, did just that and all went and got enemas for 5 or 6 hours instead of bolloxing up the game.

  If it ain't broke, leave the fecking thing alone.  The grid was just fine how it was.  Now it's broken.  Hello?  A lab rat learns to stop pressing the red button when it gets an electric shock every time, how come WGT programmers ain't that smart?

  I'm guessing the main reason for verification of account is just to keep multi accounts from collecting from the elite items. So now in a couple weeks if you haven't verified your account you are also going to be considered a cheater lol.. What a joke..
