Skins game issue

  Hey, I was in a skins game where one player holed out for par, the last remaining player missed a birdie putt, after which it awarded the skins to the player who holed out for par (even though the other player had a tap in for par left). I contacted support and they asked for the skins game ID #? How do I find this?
