Well I wished I had the same problem - I simply can't play - my game sucks most of the time.
But now for the smart assed answer!
I think it probably is something your end. Have you tried different browsers and what version flash are you using. My guess is you are possibly using Chrome and pepper flash is kicking your ass.
If you really need help you need to give detailed information including your set up and exactly what happens.
Unless we become clairvoyants, it is an uphill battle.
