Actually - I do not fall into the category "pissed about Bethpage". The course is outstanding, fascinating, DIFFICULT and sometimes frustrating. I am not lacking skill with accuracy, short game etc.
What I am bringing up is what seems to be a disconnect between a PRO/MASTER ranking and the technical shortcoming with the clubs to be able to hit like one - regardless of which course. At the PRO Tier, my Driving ability remains unchanged from what is possible as an Amateur or a Hack - BUT with the requirement that I hit from the longer tees.
I've not said one word in my post with regard to "Bethpage should be changed". I just wanted to clarify that.
To my core issue - I did spy a post in another thread from a WGT Administrator saying that WGT is "working on the ability to give the higher tiers longer driving capability." That essentially sastisfies my question, as they have acknowledged it and stated they are addreessing it.
