According to the rules poor scores are ignored. However since I managed to reach Legend every single score is taken into account and I am finding it impossible to get my average to come down. Is it just me this is happening to?

I also cannot get my under 5 foot puts percentage to increase above 44.67 although I estimate that I sink 90% of these.

I know it doesn't really matter but I do find it annoying all the same.

    What rules are these?

After 500 ranked rounds AS A LEGEND your average will stop going up.

It means that 44.67% of your holed putts are from that distance, it's not the success rate of putts from 5 ft

I hope this information puts you more at ease.

Are you sure that's correct Paul, wouldn't the percentages from '% of putts made from xx ft'  add up to 100% ?

I never really thought about it much either until I read your post, but that's the great thing about differing opinions, it makes you think about stuff.

The 0-5 foot putts % (and other stats) is a WGT lifetime average, not a tier based average.

You haven't always made 90% of your WGT 0-5 foot putts.

So of the 15,909 putts you have attempted here on WGT, you made 44.67% of those putts that were 0-5 foot from the hole - a total of 7107 putts.

As long as your 1 putt % , is better than your 2 or 3 putt % , dont worry about it . :-)
