Agreed, so long as you are clear about the different meanings of the word 'theory'.

In science theory means:

"... a theory is an explanation or model based on observation, experimentation, and reasoning, especially one that has been tested and confirmed as a general principle helping to explain and predict natural phenomena."

When used in non-scientific context, the word “theory” implies that something is unproven or speculative.

Since we are talking about Scientific Theory's, Here is mine.

I was down the race track the other day watching the horses with mates taking crap drinking a few beers few laughs few bets. By the time race 5 came along 8 race card I had 22 beers I was charging I was doing well with my bets (my theory was if i had 5 beers last hour ill bet on number 5 in the next race) awesome picking was up $2,000 was going strong.

By race 8 I had a few more beers was drinking some wine crap I forgot the number I was meant to bet on (must have been the wine mixing with the beer) anyways I was going to put $100 on the 2nd fav was a good horse but buy mistake forgot the number and put it on a different horse was the rank outsider and it got up and won paid $65/1 so of we go to party it up some more hit a few clubs good and bad (awesome night)

So i woke up in the morning spiting headache, sick as a dog empty wallet the misses cleaned that out and she is standing there arms crossed "i still 1/2 cut with one eye open other closed and she said to me "You told me you were only having 3 beers"

Conclusion Next time tell the misses your having a few beers (few beers means 2 or 32) & hide the money in the garden before walking into the front door.

I thought i would share so others can learn from it.

I agree...I only pick the pretty horses and lose. I need a better way, better advice. What kind of beer should I choose?

Beer what works Corona.

And if you still see the horses in the parade ring then you need to drink faster blurred vision for best results.

Ok I am confused - how can one tell if a horse is pretty?

To me a horse is a horse (unless that horse is the famous Mr Ed).

If I am sitting in a bar and a horse (OK I must be hammered to see a horse in a bar) and it flashes its.........white teeth, does that make it pretty?

I know pretty is a personal thing but If I really thought a horse was pretty I really think I would need some, no - a lot of therapy. I know in my mind if a female is pretty and whether I would like to horse around, but a horse?

I am sorry for my ignorance on this one, so please treat me with respect :) If not have fun.

Edit: If you were talking about the young ladies leading the horses I could relate to that, but hey, I am probably digging myself a deeper hole!

This is a question and a possible tell for when a player is using a shot or putt helper. And, I realize I could be way off base here, but I'm going on what I've seen here and what I know to be true about the actual PGA Golf video game. I also know the two are vastly different in most ways, but if you have never played the video game you may not believe how much is very much the same.

Anyway, to the point of telling if a player is using a putter pal in a game with credits involved, which I consider cheating. I do not own either a putter or shot pal and my avatar has never produced the action I believe it will when a putter pal, especially, is being used.

Have you ever noticed a player make a putt and his or her avatar will quickly move the putter as if it is setting the blade flat on the green? It is an odd movement and one, as I said, I have never had my avatar do. But, I have seen several do it. Now, this could be just something only the other players see, which is why I've never witnessed it on a putt of mine, a glitch that occurs randomly, or a number of things.

All I know, is in the PGA Golf game, that this was structured from, as far as I can tell, the avatar's made the very same movement when we used the putter pals. Just wondering if this is something WGT is aware of, and if it's a big deal or not?

I always thought Black Caviar was a pretty horse to look at.

I only thought that because it was a sure thing to win and a easy leg in Quddie :)

Putter pal you mean the putter pal you buy from the pro shop ? 500 hits for 200c , all it is is a tap measure along the power bar does not hit the putt for you or line the putt up.

If it was a form of cheating they would not sell it in the first place and is allowed in all formats of the game.
